Zombies invade her dreams.
She sees lives that have been lived, dreams that haven't been accomplished, and the endings that have happened to other people. Memories stored in empty brains when their inhabitants have gone.
She doesn't want to. She tries to hide, but the dreams remain, inches away, waiting for her to accept them. Someday, she will.
